professional and reliable Driver to join their logistics team
in Arusha. This role is essential for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of
goods to clients while maintaining high standards of vehicle care and customer
service.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following
core duties:
- Responsible
for the safe keeping of all vehicle equipment, tools, first aid kits, and
components.
- Responsible
for the vehicle which he is assigned to drive.
- Account
for all available information on road regulations & conditions,
routes, and locations.
- Completes
the vehicle log book correctly and consistently in accordance with BML
standards.
- Immediately
report accidents, or incidents; minor accidents, damage, loss, or theft of
vehicle components.
- Monitor
fuel consumption daily
and arrange for refueling promptly.
- Perform
other assignments/duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
- Assist
with loading and unloading goods as required.
- Maintain
clear communication with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers about
delivery status.
- Interact
professionally with clients and customers.
- Address
customer concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the
following criteria:
- Education: Certificate
of Ordinary Level Education (Form IV).
- Driving
Skills: Proven knowledge of defensive driving techniques and
a clean driving record.
- Languages: Proficiency
in both English and Kiswahili (written and spoken).
- Attributes: High
level of reliability, professionalism, and ability to follow instructions
from supervisors.
